Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://allimackscleaningshack.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, AlliMack's Cleaning Shack markets and arranges House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. AlliMack's Cleaning Shack (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. AlliMack's Cleaning Shack may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://allimackscleaningshack.com is provided on an "as is" basis. AlliMack's Cleaning Shack makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AlliMack's Cleaning Shack's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify AlliMack's Cleaning Shack from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
